    We start with the whole column

    Every first visit begins with your history, a movement and posture assessment, and a neurological and orthopaedic examination. If you need imaging or a GP, we refer you.

    Seven small vertebrae, one heavy head

    Long hours at a screen load the neck. Care here combines gentle adjustment or mobilisation with soft-tissue work and exercises you can do at your desk.

    The thoracic spine stiffens when we sit. Mobility work, adjustments and a few changes to your set-up can make sitting and breathing feel easier.
